This work attempts to understand the contemporary Haitian state, which is a paragon of neoliberal state model. Haiti’s colonial impoverished serve American global capitalist hegemony under auspices comprador bourgeoisie and oligarchy composed professionals, managers, intellectuals, business elites in Haiti diaspora.
